FortunesInForeclosures uses NAB merchant facilities and EWAY as their preferred PCI DSS.
Security with PCI DSS
As on online payment gateway, eWAY is subject to standards imposed on the industry by major card issuers such as Visa and MasterCard. The Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) is a set of guidelines developed to help organisations that process credit card payments prevent credit card fraud, hacking and various other security issues. Any items purchased from FortunesInForeclosures.com.au are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Should any item shipped by FortunesInForeclosures.com.au be returned, having not reached its intended destination due to an incomplete or erroneous address or other postage problem, FortunesInForeclosures.com.au reserves the right to contact the Customer / User to confirm their shipping details, and charge the Customer / User an appropriate amount for postage and handling in order to recoup both the time and physical cost of sending an item multiple times. Upon receipt of this additional postage and handling fee, the item will be re-shipped to the Customer / User’s nominated address.
Where discounts are applicable (through the use of discount codes and special offers), discounts are available only at the time of purchasing. It is not FortunesInForeclosures.com.au policy to refund discounted amounts after a purchase has been made.
Digitial Download Products are not refundable after purchase. FortunesInForeclosures.com.au reserves the right to make judgement on an appropriate course of action should there be an error in processing the discount (particularly if this error is made by the User).
In these instances, FortunesInForeclosures.com.au may choose to credit the difference between the discounted price and amount paid for an item to a future purchase to be made by the User, or any other course of action FortunesInForeclosures.com.au believes appropriate.
Once access to online materials or coaching has been activated a $1500 fee is deducted.
FORTUNES IN FORECLOSURES PROGRAM REFUND POLICY – Mentor and Home Study Client
If a Mentor or Home Study Client withdraws from the program more than 7 days before commencement of the course, he/she is entitled to a full refund less 15% processing fee.
- Any coaching call had with Sean Summerville or Team will incur a fee (deducted from refund) as you have received service $1500.
- 50% refund will be given to any student who withdraws up to 7 days before the commencement of the course.
- No refund will be given to any Mentor or Home Study Client who withdraws after commencement of the course.
- Exceptional Circumstances and on application Refunds. Once you have joined the group, activated your membership, received passwords, received coaching time with Sean or Team coaches, it will be deemed that you have accepted the terms and conditions of joining the group. And an administration fee of a minimum of $1500 is deducted from approved Refunds. Send written application for refund as below.
- This agreement and the availability of complaints and appeals processes does not remove the right to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws.

No Bully Policy The Property King and the associated companies maintain a no bully policy. Any Staff member or person associated to The Property King hold the right to report aggressive abusive behaviour. Should this behaviour be proven then that subscriber or member will have their subscription terminated and NO refund will be provided. All members and subscribers are fully responsible for their own behaviour and therefore understand fully that they are at the risk of membership termination if they conduct themselves in any aggressive or abusive manor to any staff or subscription member.

Users and members irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement which will continue in full force and effect.
