[Customer Support] and Giving Back
In the 12 years of having seminars, workshops and establishing myself and inspiring investors whilst having conducted over 150 seminars we have always relied and always taught the benefit of team and communication. And this year we have brought in a support number that is staffed from 9am - 5pm EST. This is for any issues for property investing support or issues that may arise relating to property.
It is our intent to expand upon our customer service team. We have a clear mandate to ensure our level of support. Whenever people find a deficiency in our system please let us know in a constructive manner so we can continue to improve. In recent times we have had an increased number of people coming to us and we appreciate all the testimonials and we are happy to be associated with you. And we thank you for your continued support.
With the increased level of activity there are times when issues come up and we get it wrong but we appreciate that this can happen time to time and we will do our best to rectify in the quickest possible time. Although we have initiated a dedicated support number we are in the process of developing a support system further and this may take a little bit of time because of the sheer level of feedback.
For those of you who follow our giveback program this is an update on how we are helping others in a less fortunate situations get back on their feet.
We have just come back from India last week where we have been helping the victims of Cyclone Hud Hud and we continue to support dozens of families that are in most of need.
