The Property Bootcamp 2015 was full of realisations, it was said that we touch on Property Education that you just do not get anywhere else.

Everything hinges on good communication because the whole deal relies on the communication cycle.

Live Demonstration Example of What is a ridiculously cheap offer, and how do you do it?

How to put in an offer 20-30% below value and the reactions you are going to get, eventually someone says yes!

A live phone call with a real estate between myself and an agent.

People saw how I communicated to a real estate Agent,

Ok, now this is what blew me away. A 21 year old who has worked as The Property King Administration Assistant for 6 months, identified a deal!

  • The area had houses around $250K,
  • the house was on for $180,
  • then $160.
  • Now down to $120K

– a live call to Agent, Agent said they would definitely accept cash, and a cash offer for $80K is where I would start.

The property was found on the Distressed Property Website, the owners inherited the house, they don’t want to do anything to the house or put any money into it, they just want to cash out.

So if a 21 year old with no more than 6 months of 'hanging out education' and his own skills can find a property, it shows there is nothing wrong with the app or the website, it is the user not understanding how or what to look for.

The app is not going to

  1. Buy a house for you,
  2. Negotiate the deals for you,
  3. Not going to magically get stamp duty reduced,
  4. Not going to do all your legal paperwork,
  5. Not going to negotiate.

The app will not find a house and the deal is done for you 30% below value, there must be communication between yourself and the agent.

When asked how long to find this deal,
“3 minutes” he replied.

This conversation has all been recorded, the room of 60 people witnessed the live deal.
